Text Box: CHILDREN AT PLAY - Our neighborhood is full of energetic and playful children. When driving, please keep an eye out for children at all times and please maintain a safe speed. We are fortunate to live in very low crime community. That said, the Knoxville Police Department and the Knox Co.
