Things to Know About the HOA Each homeowner in the Summer Hall subdivision is a member of the HOA and is required to pay annual dues to the Association as indicated by the Conditions, Covenant, and Restrictions attached to your deed. These dues are set annually by the Board of Directors. The HOA holds general meetings in April and October of each year Your home is subject to a set of restrictions that have been put in place to ensure uniformity, protect home values, and promote general safety.
